NetManagement's Asian client meetings showcase company's industry leading services
NetManagement representatives had a busy two weeks recently, having attended both the Singapore Air Show and the Asian Low Cost Airlines conference (also in Singapore), as well as meetings with leading travel and hospitality companies in Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Continuing with the company's tradition of meeting both existing and new clients from around the region, NetManagement's technical representatives and sales personnel were on hand to demonstrate NetManagement's industry leading payment transaction systems. Of particular interest, NetManagement's anti-fraud capabilities were demonstrated using live examples of online fraud detection. With charge backs being a particular bane of the industry, NetManagement's comprehensive anti-fraud capabilities were put through their paces and clients could view how particular threats were neutralised in real-time (and see the related cost savings).
Airline finance executives were also highly impressed by NetManagement's low cost transaction model. The services normally provided as additional module add-ons by competitors are all provided by NetManagement in one service bundle, yet all at a considerable discount to competitor's basic fees.
One of the key take-aways during our talks with potential NetManagement clients was the concern over technical support. This is a recurring problem in our industry but one that NetManagement has always addressed. In over a decade of operations, NetManagement has never had a service disruption - a feat that is unprececedented in the payment transaction industry. Furthermore, NetManagement offers real 24/7 support. When a client experiences a problem, NetManagement's regional technical support staff have one goal in mind, namely fixing the problem in the quickest possible time. Our core engineering team is based in Europe and have been with the company since inception. The company does not believe in taking a ticket number and being put on hold to someone in Bombay - NetManagement does its own technical support and unlike our competitors, does not outsource this key function.
NetManagement's representatives in Asia will continue to showcase the company's services to new clients in the travel, hospitality and retail trade within the region. For more information, please contact any of our regional staff and they will be more than happy to assist you and your company.

NetManagement expands its business on the Asian market
NetManagement, the leading payment solutions provider in the aviation industry, further expanded their reach in Asia following their participation at the recent Zhuhai Aviation Show in China. Following the signing of recent contracts in Asia in late 2007 and 2008, NetManagement is now expanding its services into China. In particular, domestic Chinese airlines are especially interested in learning more about NetManagement's industry leading security features and how such features can protect their worldwide and domestic credit card business. With credit card usage in China increasing dramatically over the past 18 months and with Chinese airlines gradually expanding their international route network, the airlines increasingly require access to secure and reliable payment methods as offered by NetManagement. Chinese airlines are fully aware that anti-fraud measures are essential requirements in credit card and other payment transactions and recognise the inherent risks of not addressing such a critical issue. Credit card fraud is costing airlines billions of dollars every year and the industry is increasingly a target of professional scammers. NetManagement not only provides the most cost efficient payment transaction and settlement solutions for its aviation clients, but also provides industry leading anti-fraud measures at no extra cost to the client. The company is already in detailed discussions with several Chinese airlines, many of whom took the opportunity of meeting NetManagement's sales and technical representatives in Zhuhai.

NetManagement meets clients in the Russian Federation and USA
As part of its ongoing push into new markets, NetManagement participated in the Aviation Outlook Congress events held recently in both Moscow, Russia, and Miami, USA. Not surprisingly, the reaction from clients was very positive given the advantages of using the NetManagement payment transaction service. Unlike other service providers, NetManagement offers a flexible payment transaction system but with industry leading anti-fraudul features built in as standard. Furthermore, the cost advantages of using NetManagement's system was of particular interest given the high rates many airlines are presently paying their service providers.
The local NetManagement technical and sales staff met with a select group of Russian and US airlines and discussed the company's airline specific payment transaction system. Of particular interest to the airlines was the issue of fraudulent transactions and how to prevent them. This is an increasing problem for both airlines and their respective banks and is costing the industry millions of dollars every year. Furthermore, the problem is worsening and the credit risk rising given the increasing shift towards credit card bookings. NetManagement's senior executive team and the local staff at both the US and Russian offices discussed the issues facing the industry and more importantly, how airlines can counter credit card fraud and other fraudulent transactions.
NetManagement's expertise in combating fraudulent transactions was discussed in detail with clients, many of which face cash flow and credit risk dangers that simply did not exist in the past. The problem is particularly acute in developing markets where credit card usage is on the rise. NetManagement highlighted how its leading edge payment transaction system is not only secure, but how it constantly adapts to new fraud threats and system attacks. Of particular interest to clients is the fact that all the security features are included in NetManagement's standard payment transaction package - there are no extra charges or costs levied for these services unlike many other payment transaction providers. NetManagement's core belief is that payment and transaction systems should not only be secure and safe, but cost effective and reliable. Since its inception, NetManagement has consistently delivered on delivering on the above promise.
